Four documents make up your CleanPlate status. Upload each one once — we review it, track the expiry, and warn you 30 days before it lapses. Everything a property manager would otherwise email you asking for lives on this page.
Reviews are done by a person, usually the same business day. Re-uploading a document always resets it to pending — a replaced certificate has to be looked at again, even if the old one was already reviewed.
