The badge

CleanPlate is four documents, and their dates.

A truck's status turns green when four documents are on file, reviewed by a human, and unexpired: a certificate of insurance naming an additional insured, a county health permit, a fire and propane inspection, and a business license. ServSafe is tracked too, but it doesn't gate the badge.

The badge is computed live from those documents every time it is displayed — it is never a saved flag someone forgot to clear. Amber means everything is on file but something expires inside 30 days. Red means a property manager should ask a question before they sign.
